BEAR Trainings for Faculty and Staff Members

September is Suicide Prevention Month, and in recognition of this, CAPS is offering additional opportunities for Brown faculty and staff to participate in The BEAR Project Training. This training is typically available by request only, but in the spirit of raising awareness and promoting suicide prevention, we’re making it more widely accessible.

The BEAR Project, run by CAPS, is designed to help members of the Brown community recognize and support those in distress. Our goal is to empower you with the skills and confidence to respond compassionately and effectively to those who may be struggling.
